Hey man, my dermatologist says that drinking water is absolutely the best thing you can do for your skin. I drink plenty of it and hopefully it is helping. I’m a pretty big guy so I’m not sure about half my weight in water. Is that really the case? I’m cool with everything else and let me tell you, too much sun will trigger a problem.

Drinking enough water is rather good for many reasons. Finding just the right shampoo and conditioners has been a point of trial and error. One needs to use caution: just because a label uses the word “natural” it may or may not contain all natural ingredients. If you can’t pronounce it, it may not be all that natural.

Taking nice mils showers helps me out a lot. I used to love taking hot showers and really cold showers to cool off in the summer. I can’t do that anymore because it just irritates my skin. Also, ever since I started dealing with this, I’ve been drinking nothing but water. I used to also drink a lot of soda, so that probably didn’t help anything.
